CT Lab online symposium on Urbicide
Posted By Marc on March 7, 2009
Starting on Tuesday, the CT Lab will be hosting the first of the 2009 symposia; this one will be on on Martin Coward’s recent book, Urbicide: The Politics of Urban Destruction (Routledge: 2008). It’s going to be a great line-up of people and I am really looking froward to participating in it. So far, the participants are:
- Martin Coward (Sussex University),
- Bryan Finoki (Subtopia),
- Stephen Graham (University of Durham),
- Tony Waters (Chico State),
- Marc Tyrrell (Carleton University),
- John Matthew Barlow (Concordia University), and
- Antoine Bousquet (Birkbeck College, London).
Plus the usual suspects (Mike et alii). The only thing that bother me is that the first posts go up the day I start my long delayed vacation! Oh, well, I have internet access in the Dominican Republic.

Re. vacation overlap: I have no sympathy. None.
LOL – I guess I’ll just have to suffer, making my comments from the beach
