The participants did not agree to be recorded in any form. I will be posting my paper online, but the other participants prefer to do otherwise with their papers. The "open discussion" session was not recorded, and I think the participants might have felt constrained if it had been. The discussion that will come after that will remain private, but not any formal resolutions we might make.
